Your tax-deductible donation of any amount, helps support The Perch’s work in the Comer community, including free public events. We ask that you pay an amount that is right for you. Please give generously.
The Perch is available for private gatherings like weddings, showers, graduation parties, birthdays, anniversary parties, memorial services, reunions and more. The Perch is also available for public classes, lectures, performances and skill sharing.
It has one outdoor toilet and running water. Rental includes access to stage and market building, our one acre yard, and volleyball court (upon request). It is an outdoor space with shelter and fans. It doesn't have insulated walls or air conditioning.
* Please note, The Perch is NOT available on Saturday mornings during the Farmer's Market Season or Sunday mornings.
